Position:          Financial Analyst

Location:        Grants & Contract Accounting


(This is a Temporary Position)


Essential Duties

  • Assist with financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis as required by funding agencies
  • Assist Director with monthly drawdown reports for reimbursable expenditures for grants on letter of credit
  • Maintain grant/contract files
  • Assist with monthly indirect costs calculation
  • Routinely serve as clerical personnel in the absence of an accounting clerk
  • Time and Effort Report Reconciliation
  • Update Chart of Accounts
  • Assist with Budget Revisions/Reallocations
  • Collections
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Director


  • Bachelor’s Degree or closely related field
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Must be a team player


Commensurate with training, experience, and University Compensation Plan
