Welcome to the Tuskegee - Center for Academic Excellence and Innovative Learning!  Our mission is to promote student learning and enhance development of all students, especially first-year and at-risk students.

T-CAEIL serves as a comprehensive learning unit that will extend learning activities and resources beyond the classroom.  It is composed of two components:

  • A resource center and enrichment labs for English and Mathematics

  • A venue for access to ancillary learning tools and a host of specialized workshops/mini-courses

Vision
To actively support and provide an environment for students to improve their intellectual development as learners, thereby leading to success in coursework, careers and life.

Mission
To serve as a comprehensive learning unit that will cultivate the development of students through coursework and discipline-specific assistance, service-learning, and guidance in learning strategies, and technological skills.

T-CAEIL will work towards:  

  • Contribute to enhancing the success of students in transition

  • Contribute to excellence in academic enrichment

  • Contribute to ensure student success toward degree attainment

  • Contribute to ensure quality of services and activities
