
TUSKEGEE, Ala. – Tuskegee University celebrated one of its most prestigious traditions over the weekend, inducting 12 exceptional individuals into the Tuskegee Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2025.
The newest inductees were honored during an induction ceremony on Friday evening and recognized on Saturday during the Golden Tigers’ first-ever home night football game at Abbott Memorial Alumni Stadium.
This year’s class represents excellence across generations and sports, showcasing the depth and impact of Tuskegee Athletics throughout its rich history. The Class of 2025 includes Sylvester Robinson ’69 (Football); Bruce W. Burney ’74, (Cross Country); Britt Keith Lyle ’92 (Tennis); Edward Bernie Patrick ’79 (Football); Aloysious Brown ’80 (Football); Thomas Grant ’83 (Track & Field); Bruce Hadley Antone ’83 (Track & Field); Vickie M. Buford Jolly ’84 (Track & Field); Korda Joseph Muhammad ’85 (Football); Robert Lashante Crayton ’15 (Baseball); Gayle Craig Henry ’87 (Volleyball); and Kelvin DeWayne Robbins ’11 (Football).
This year’s class represents an incredible legacy of athletic achievement, leadership, and dedication to Tuskegee University, spanning generations and multiple sports.

The weekend was highlighted by a celebration of excellence, tradition, and giving back. As part of the induction festivities, the Class of 2025 collectively presented a $10,000 donation to Tuskegee University, reinforcing their commitment to supporting future generations of Golden Tiger student-athletes.
The induction ceremony brought together alumni, family, friends, and current student-athletes to celebrate the honorees’ accomplishments and reflect on Tuskegee’s rich athletic history.
From strong athletic performances and championship-winning moments to decades of leadership and community impact, the Class of 2025 joins an elite group of Golden Tigers who have shaped the tradition of athletic success at Tuskegee.
During Saturday’s recognition, the inductees were honored on the field prior to kickoff, standing alongside members of the Tuskegee Athletics Hall of Fame committee, including Reginald Harrison (Chairman) and Dr. Joel McCloud (Co-Chairman). The moment served as an opportunity for fans to celebrate their contributions and express appreciation for their lasting influence on Tuskegee Athletics.
